Está muy bien ubicado, hubo una excelente comunicación, la limpieza estuvo muy bien, los insumos fueron suficientes.
No tiene aire acondicionado y esto le resta muchísimos puntos, me pareció increíble un alojamiento sin aire acondicionado en verano. Por favor atiendan esta observación. Las instalaciones externas un poco fea.

La ubicación excelente, muy bien comunicado con el transporte publico ya sea metro o autobus todo muy cercano. El barrio excelente con supermercados , restaurantes y comercio en la misma ubicación del departamento. El departamento agradable , minimalista y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar un grato tiempo en Madrid.
Lo que no me gusto y por ello no le pongo una nota 10 es que no tiene aire acondicionado y solo había un ventilador , ademas las cortinas dejaban pasar la luz y el calor lo que hacia que no se pudiese estar en la zona de estar . Lo otro el sofá es bastante incomodo , esta algo deteriorado. Con el calor que hace en Madrid en verano esos detalles son importantes para un viajero que quiere llegar a descansar y pasar el calor en el alojamiento .

Very good location and the flat has it all. I stayed there on my own and honestly there is nothing I can pick on. Nice flat, with all the necessities. Comfy bed, equipped kitchen, quite specious. Yes, it is loud in the living room (social life outside but hello this is Madrid) but the moment you close your bedroom door it's quite and cozy. If you have any questions, requests ... you get the answers right away. Carrefour is downstairs, if you smoke, Tabac is on the other side of the street. The neighbourhood has lots of places to drink and eat.
Things I may comment on so other visitors have my insights, again that did not bother me that much. The building inside looks a bit crappy but overall it is safe. I had to pay 20 EUR extra for late check-in (around 21:00) which I was not aware of before hand. Not a big problem - I get it someone had to come to hand over the keys. Still, check it upfront. And a proper knife in the kitchen would be a good idea :)

the location was great.
The disco in the lower area of the building was too loud, feeling the vibrations of the load music, with even extended hours until 8 am one night.
