Donoso Red Apple

Nos encantó la ubicación, una calle muy tranquila con muchísimo aparcamiento y llena de bares y comercios. Muy bien conectado. El apartamento tiene de todo para pasar una estancia cómoda y es muy bonito.

Los cristales de la entrada y la puerta no están oscurecidos por lo que, desde la calle se ve el interior. Nos hubiera encantado que hubiese tenido una cortina o una pegatina que nos diera menos luz y más intimidad.

Las prestaciones

Apartment had a water leak, and the owner gave us an alternative property closer to Gran Via with no extra cost. Alternative apartment had good water pressure, working tv and fridge plus a washing machine.

Lack of communication from the owner - especially when asked regarding when to take the rubbish out, and also the fact that we received no reply after stating the fact that although the cleaner was there the apartment was not cleaned. Sheets smelled like cigarettes, floor was not washed and cleaner only swept under the table in front of us. We would have appreciated if we has received a reply from the owner when these things were brought to his attention.

Desayuno

la limpieza, no había papel higiénico ni gel de manos. cerca de una discoteca y se escucha ruido por las noches que no te deja dormir, incluso a las 4 de la madrugada. La puerta es de cristal y te pueden ver desde la calle.
