Localização excelente, muito próximo do metrô e de estabelecimentos comerciais, porém vale deixar a dica que não precisamos utilizar o carro para nada, então se tiver como ir de autocarro ou avião optem por isso, caso contrário coloque o carro no estacionamento subterrâneo para não ficar sujeito a multa. Madrid tem muita restrição quanto a circulação de carros estrangeiros. Paguei 30€ por dia somente para deixar o meu carro no estacionamento subterrâneo.

El diseño, la organización y lo completo de El en cuanto a cosas moderno y el anfitrión nos ayudó y acompañó todo el tiempo en lo que se requería. céntrico para hacer diligencias cerca al charmartin y Bernabeu.
No estaba bien hecho el aseo, y se encontró basuras de anteriores personas… habían cucarachas grandes… el barrio no era muy bueno mucha basuras, lugares sucios.
