Très bel appartement, climatisation dans les chambres, grande piscine avec transats gratuits, personnel très très compétent, parking privé est un plus

Qualidade global do apartamento e da urbanização, simpatia dos funcionários e dos vizinhos, localização do apartamento num bairro residencial moderno de referência, sossego da zona, facilidade de transportes públicos até às zonas mais centrais da cidade, estacionamento privado coberto, piscina, proximidade a restaurantes e supermercado, apoio do administrador do apartamento.
O primeiro estacionamento do carro no parque privado e o acesso até ao apartamento, através do parque, com diversas portas e chaves, poderia ser um pouco melhor explicado, para facilitar a vida a quem chega pela primeira vez. Poderia existir um pouco de mais flexibilidade relativamente à hora do check out, que é cedo comparativamente com outras opções (10h).

We loved the amenities, the staff are all amazing(but specifically the older security guy), the pool was so refreshing(and giant!), neighbors in the apartments are kind(some offered us info about the area and helped with the subway).
It’s about 30+(ish) mins from the center of Madrid, we had to take detours on the subway because of closures(not the hosts fault). The detours said they will last until Dec 2026.

The location was excellent. Quiet and safe. Metro station within walking distance (5min walk). The size of the apartment was great.
We stayed for a total of 10 days and didn’t have hot water for 4 nights (from a Friday afternoon to a Tuesday afternoon). Cituspace didn’t do any effort to get a technician over the weekend. They didn’t escalated the issue as a case of an emergency and get an available technician ASAP. They left us without hot water during the cold weather in Madrid (end of January) for almost half the time of our stay.
