Su ubicación para nosotros era perfecta. Su amplitud, que tuviera dos dormitorios y dos baños.
Quizás le hacía falta una pequeña renovación de la pintura de las paredes y del suelo del salón y los dormitorios, desgastados por el uso.

Nos encanto que tuviera 2 dormitorios con camas de matrimonios, pero sobre todo 2 cuartos de baño!! Es bastante grande el apartamento, más de lo que parece en las fotos. El salón muy amplio también, perfectamente equipada la cocina.

Había un centro comercial y algunos restaurantes cerca incluyendo un supermercado. Anfitriones muy amables
Un poco alejado de las estaciones de metro, 6 cuadras aproximadamente y un tanto lejos del centro de Madrid.

C'est un souplex (appartement en sous-sol) humide ( 2 déshumidificateurs - voir photos) et avec des odeurs (4 désodorisants dans l'appartement). Mal ventilé. Le chauffe-eau fait 73l pour un appartement de 6 personnes avec une baignoire !! Ce n'est pas possible d'utiliser la baignoire, et 6 douches avec 73l, ça fait 11 l par personne !! Bruyant, on est à coté de l'entrée de l'immeuble, il y a du bruit dès le matin tôt. La porte d'entrée n'est pas étanche à l'air et donc pas au bruit non plus.
