La ubicación con respecto al Santiago Bernabéu genial. Esta decorado muy coqueto, pero necesita ya mantenimiento y limpieza general.
La limpieza es muy mejorable, sobre todo en el baño y cocina! Es un bajo, con puerta de cristal que da directamente a la calle, mal aislado, se oye todo de la calle y entra frío. Hay casi un dedo de espacio entre la puerta de la calle y el suelo. A partir de las 7 de la mañana es imposible dormir por el ruido ( camiones de descarga y tránsito)
