Close to all places to visit, spacious room, clean, and staff were always available and quick to reply for any questions we had.

It can get abit noisy since rooms are so close to each other, but other than that it was a really good stay

Location was very good and strategic for the one’s who plan to visit oldtown and other places that can be reached by train or bus.

Literally the walls where the thinest ones i have ever seen and experienced. There is a market just below the apartment and you could hear them working from 6 am. Consider that you will be awake when the first person is awake inside the whole building.

The location is excellent, found the room clean and impeccable, really close to the train station and not too far from the beach.

When I booked the room through Booking I was not aware they will ask extra fee of 25€ per night to come and take the rubbish out, give clean towels. Found this fee a little silly since I've payed good money for the room, usually it's included in the service, not something extra. So I ended up taking my own rubbish out. Then Netflix was not working, asking to sign in, was told it should be working and it was left at that, ended up using my account so I can watch something in English. In the first day I had tea bags and coffee pods for the coffee machine, but they were not restocked, so I only had coffee and tea for 2 days. On the website it says breakfast-Italian cuisine, so I believed we will at least get a coffee and croissant(read some other reviews about having their breakfast at the coffee shop across the street) but surprise-surprise it's not included when booking the room on Booking. The walls are quite thin, luckily it was not many people so it was not too bad but we could hear a lot of noise from the supermarket downstairs. Didn't have toiletries, only hand wash so ended up buying them, would expect to get at least a little bottle of shower gel. Got a message from the property that they offered to give me clean towels free of charge but that didn't happen. I wouldn't have booked the room if I knew all this before. Quite dissapointing that the location and room is fantastic but the other little details were not up to standard.
