Gatto Bianco Le Terrazze

The great location: near train and bus station and near the old town as well. Terrace is huge and excellent place for the morning coffee or drinks at the evening.

The room was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed and the water pressure was divine. Location was very central and easy to reach from Bari centrale

Well located as all services are close by. Secure building and it has an elevator as room is on the 8th floor. Breakfast was good.

Several things were a bother. 1) having to download an app to gain access to the room. 2) not being allowed to bring my clean bike into the room (it stayed outside in the rain). 3) the interactions with the staff (both via booking.com and WhatsApp) were contentious. 4) at the end of my stay I reported some problems with the room (sink didn’t drain, a broken part in the shower) and was insulted by the staff. The rental is modern but not well taken care of. It is run by a faceless group that requires you to do the work of registering, downloading an app, and doing things normally done by the host. While I liked the location, I wouldn’t rent from these people a second time.
