The location is perfect, right on a bustling pedestrian shopping street. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities and decor are brand new. Our balcony had a stunning view, and we loved the complimentary water and snacks. Plus, the room was sparkling clean with daily housekeeping."
The pedestrian street is right downstairs, so there is some street noise at night, but it mostly fades away after midnight. It would be even more perfect if the balcony doors were upgraded to double-glazed soundproof glass."

The room was spacious and very close to the train station and the city center -everything was within walking distance.
Hygiene definitely needs improvement. I received towels with lipstick stains and hair on them. The duvet was not properly covered. There was only a sheet underneath it, leaving the top part exposed, which did not seem hygienic. The bathroom mirror was also not cleaned properly.
In terms of maintenance, a few things could be improved. The shower was spraying water in different directions, and the hot water only lasted a few minutes. For a stay in February, this is simply not acceptable.
Communication with the owner of the place was also limited to automatic messages about entering the building and paying the city tax, rather than any personal responses.
