Rosy and Agostino and all the staff were perfect hosts in instructing us how to access the building and room to exceptional breakfast and information about local interests points. The location was so good next to the train station and connection to the airport and walking distance to Old Town with buses just outside . We were on the 6th floor and had a magnificent view of Bari. Loved we could leave our bags after checkout in a room with a bathroom to freshen up.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated being able to leave our bags and to use the bathroom when we returned to collect them. The breakfast was good and the room clean and comfortable.
The lift was small and a bit awkward but the video sent with the door instructions was helpful.

The location is central and close to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The mattress , the shower cubicle was not safe at all. There was a step, the floor was slippery, the fuacet was not placed properly and there should have been a handle.
