    Clean & comfortable. Nice bar and drinks. Staff helpful and pleasant. Accommodation is average but clean. Easy walk to old town Bari and very handy to train station. Safe parking available in a secure locked basement area which is great.

    This is the second time we stayed at this hotel in the past two weeks. The first time I rated it poorly because the air conditioning in our room was not functioning correctly and the room was too hot to sleep in. This time I rate it poorly because of the rude front office staff. Very unhelpful to our request to borrow a towel for an excursion we had booked. They made us wait an hour only to tell us they couldn’t assist. Very disappointing! Having said this, the breakfast staff were excellent and the breakfast itself was ok. Won’t be staying here ever again.
