    The location is wonderful, 6mins walk to central & 2mins to grocery store, knowledgeable staffs, clean room & working elevators!!

    Great location. A stone throw away from the railway station. Feel extremely safe as there are always police patrolling around the promenade. The room is clean but a bit too small especially the shower cubicle.

    A genuine safety warning for future guests - beware of the shower. In our room, the "French" glass shower screen that divides the shower swings fully open with no stop or catch. During our stay, both my mother and I fell in the bathroom because of it — she was bruised, and I sustained a hip laceration that required an emergency room visit and stitches. To the hotel's credit, staff were helpful and responsive during the incident. After my stay, I wrote to management and they replied promptly and said they inspected the bathroom. That said, they reported finding no fault. The screen swings freely by design, so an inspection for a "malfunction" wouldn't catch it — and the fact that two guests fell in the same bathroom in a single stay speaks for itself. The rest of our stay was fine for a short stay but I'd urge anyone staying here to take care with the shower screen, especially on a wet floor. I'm only posting this review in hopes that future travellers take precaution and avoid any falls.
