Loved the courtyard and its situation. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Lovely place to stay.

I'm not sure there is anything to dislike.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center of town and (paid) parking, so convenient for exploring. We also appreciated the clear instructions for access, making entry via the coded key box very straightforward. The apartment features new appliances, including a coffee machine stocked with coffee pods. Finally, the host was highly responsive, even if the content of the responses ultimately did not match our expectations.

Upon arrival, the sheets in the main bedroom were covered in hair, indicating a severe lack of hygiene. There were also visible residues and debris left on the (unvacuumed) floors. When we raised these issues with the host and provided photographic evidence, they completely dismissed them as 'small things' that shouldn't impact a stay. While plenty of excuses and explanations were offered, not even the most basic solution - such as offering clean sheets to replace the dirty ones - was presented. Consequently, we were forced to sleep in the second, windowless bedroom for our entire stay. Ironically, while the host provides a strict checklist of checkout rules expecting guests to take out their own rubbish to a municipal parking lot, wash dishes, and strip towels, they do not hold their own cleaning staff to a basic standard of hygiene. Booking.com support ultimately had to step in and compensate us because the host refused to take any responsibility. In addition: - both the kitchen and coffee tables were covered with plastic covers. While I understand the desire to protect the furniture, it completely ruins the aesthetics and design of the space. Hosts should accept that furniture will be used and eventually need maintenance or replacement due to normal wear and tear. - there is no proper place or storage to hang and organize clothes
