Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement situé au 3ᵉ étage. Celui-ci est idéalement situé et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Le local à vélos sécurisé a été un véritable atout et répondait parfaitement à nos besoins. De plus, l'arrivée autonome est simple à réaliser grâce aux consignes très claires fournies par Patrick.
Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : lors des fortes chaleurs, le petit ventilateur mis à disposition s'est révélé insuffisant et le niveau de propreté mériterait d'être renforcé.

Miejsce parkingowe bez opłat nie jest oczywiste do znalezienia, ale gospodarz poradził, jak zaparkować.

Posizione centrale con vista sulla Loira. Parcheggio comodo e vicino. Stanze ampie. Doccia potente. Gestore gentile e organizzato: fornisce link a booklet completo con tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'appartamento.
Il problema maggiore è stata la pulizia: ambienti molto sporchi e strumenti per pulire (scopa, straccio) pure. Pavimento molto rumoroso con assi che cigolano. TV molto disturbata al limite del non vedibile. Scala di accesso stretta e molto ripida, da indicare anche per chi pensa di portare valigie pesanti, non solo, come fatto, per persone con disabilità. Sarebbe un ottimo posto se fosse messo in po' in ordine.
