About this apartment rental

Our equestrian center is dedicated to training dressage horses and spans 12 hectares on the outskirts of Saumur, just a stone’s throw from the Cadre Noir and the Saumur Golf Course. An exceptional setting—
—ideal for a relaxing getaway in the heart of nature, yet so close to all amenities.
The studio is fully equipped for three people and faces south, featuring a terrace with a view of the oak grove. The studio is wheelchair accessible.
Enjoy the company of horses, goats, chickens, and geese, as well as the wide-open spaces, for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature.

The studio offers a high level of comfort thanks to reversible air conditioning, advanced thermal and sound insulation, and double-glazed windows. It features two high-end 90 x 200 cm beds placed side by side, a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 130 x 190 cm), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, and an internet connection.
Linens and bed sheets are provided.
