Appartement grand avec cuisine tout équipée en rez de chaussée. Place de parking privative. 2 chambres séparées.
les fenêtres donnent sur des parkings, pas possibilité d ouvrir les stores sans être visible de l'exterieur.

Pas de volet donc très difficile de garder le logement au frais, pas de ventilateur,beaucoup de bruit des voisins du dessus car logement très mal insonorisé, ménage minimaliste.
