"LE 5", a magnificent 58 m² apartment,
ideally located at 5 montée du fort in Saumur.
Offering a breathtaking view of St. Peter's Square and its twelfth-century church, this accommodation combines modern comfort and historical charm.
🏡 The advantages of the apartment:
✨ A spacious living room-kitchen of more than 33 m², bathed in light, with an exceptional view of St. Peter's Square equipped with TV (Netflix) and Wifi.
🛏️ A master bedroom with a KING SIZE bed (180 cm), also overlooking the forecourt.
🛏️ A second bedroom, on the courtyard side, with two 90 cm beds (which can be joined into a 180 cm bed).
🛏️ Extra bed for a 5th traveller is available in the living room with the possibility of installing it in one of the bedrooms.
🚿 A modern bathroom, refurbished in March 2025, equipped with a washing machine.
🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen: Fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, raclette machine...

Located a few meters from the banks of the Loire, the apartment is surrounded by all the essential shops, perfect for a stress-free stay.

To park for free during your stay in Saumur, several possibilities are available to you!
1) The parking lot on the street of the ramparts of the castle 2 minutes walk away (about 40 spaces)
2) The parking lot on the main street (opposite number 28) several spaces available 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
3) A little further back on foot but still free, the parking lot of Place BURY, 80 free spaces, 8 minutes walk, about 600 meters from the apartment.
4) The parking lot of the place du chardonnet which offers more than 430 free spaces and is located about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
