About this apartment rental
Large, very bright apartment with splendid view of the chateau, on the ground floor, quiet, old quarter, 5 minutes' walk from the town center, with its restaurants and shops, between Chateau and Loire, opposite the cycle paths.
An American kitchen fitted with fridge, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. and with sitting area, TV.
One bedroom with double bed (140x190),
a bedroom with double bed (140x190) and sofa bed (130x180) with the office area,
living room (which also makes a bedroom if there are many of us) with a large convertible sofa and another convertible sofa (with a real 140x190 mattress), TV.
Bathroom with shower, double sink and WC, washing machine.
Baby kit is available on request (cot, high chair, bath).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Hearty breakfast at 9 euros extra

Beautiful apartment, lovely host met us even though we were very delayed, well located, nice to have shared courtyard area. Kitchen was well stocked.

Ideal location in the centre of Saumur close to shops and restaurants, just under the Saumur castle.
The hosts provide a breakfast option which is a nice addition.
The appartment is well-furnished and comfortable.

The owner met us at the gate and walked us through the entire property as well as letting us know the courtyard was ours any time we wanted it. Her place was so comfortable. We felt safe, enjoyed meeting other renters in the courtyard (she has 5 rentals). We were directly across the street from the Loire River which has fantastic views. We were within walking distance to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy to night life.
We would come back to her place anytime. We loved it. ❤️

Appart très spacieux mais gros problème de finition ,meuble pas fini d'assemblé,colonne de sale d'eau à cote de la douche j'ai ouvert la portE du meuble et tout se défaisait en cuisine les meubles sont sans plinthes , le meuble derrière la porte je cherchais un grille pain et la porte du bas s'est dégondée , la plaque de feu gaz seulement posée ,bassine au pied du chauffe-eau pour la soupape d'évacuation condensation, et le pire le Wc qui nous à inonder la salle d'eau (merci à votre mari pour son intervention rapide mais du bricolage qui va duré ...) la douche qui fuit l'eau s'évacue par on ne sait ou et l'insonorisation pourri des appart au dessus du notre ,dès que les gens marche on est obligatoirement réveiller puis les toilettes et la douche du haut qui quand elles s'écoulent font un bruit de malade dans l'appart je croyais qu'il pleuvait a torrent quand on a été surpris par ses évacuations. Enfin pour le prix çà le fait mais nos prochains séjours sur SAUMUR ne seront pas chez vous ...Désolé et bonne continuation.Pas contre très bon accueil de votre part à l'écoute et sympa
