L’appartement dispose de deux grandes télés le salon était hyper spacieux la cuisine équipée

Emplacement parfait très proche du centre-ville. Attention à bien se garer sur des places de parking, je me suis faite avoir en me garant devant un mur dans une rue à proximité et j'ai eu une contravention. Appartement très propre et confortable, on a apprécié le WIFI, les télévisions avec Netflix: parfait pour les enfants!
La cage d'escalier très sale en arrivant (mais il y aurait des travaux dans l'immeuble et les ouvriers ne nettoient pas) et que tous les parkings soient payants à Valenciennes.

L appartement est joliment décoré Les lits sont confortables La salle de bain agréable La proximité avec le centre et pouvoir faire beaucoup de choses à pieds
Une cuisine super équipée en electro ménager... mais rien pour cuisiner: une poêle, une casserole en mauvais état, aucun couvert en bois pour cuisiner dans du tefal Les odeurs d égout... mais c est le vieux Valenciennes donc ça peut se comprendre Par contre le bar à concerts a côté, les voisins bruyants et les insultes qui ont fusé dans la rue devant mes enfants un soir m ont un peu refroidie
