Good value for money

Excellent location. Spacious (2 big bedrooms) and good value for money. Equipped with drinks inc beer, coffee etc. TV had Netflix.

Communication with the hosts was sometimes difficult. A few facilities missing eg soap and drying cloth. The apartment was spacious but not nearly as inviting as in the photos. Note that there are four short flights of steps to the apartment.

Location was great. Very spacious. And we had access to netflix in the room for a restful night.

Only negative thing to say is we had only 1 towel to use for showering. But everything else was great. Thanks:)

Appartement idéalement placé , confortable mais des réparations semblent nécessaires.

Emplacement idéal, appartement calme et bien équipé. Qq déconvenues : un radiateur dans la grande chambre ne chauffe pas, plusieurs ampoules grillées, aspirateur dans le logement H S et pas de balayette ni pelle ramasse poussière. Enfin la temporisation électrique dans les communs est beaucoup trop rapide la lumière s’éteint entre deux étages ce qui peut être dangereux le soir. À noter qu’une paire de chaussure avait été oubliée dans le meuble penderie d’entrée. Le point le plus négatif est que la plupart des volets sont HS .

Établissements étaient très bien placés dans le centre-ville ; tout était présent au niveau du confort pour que le patient un bon séjour

Pas d isolation Pas de chauffage Pas de radiateur indispensable dans une salle de bain Vaisselle et COUVERTS dans en état médiocre Frigo mauvais état Four très sale Les fenêtres qui sont dans un état déplorables et surtout pas en double vitrage

Équipements corrects, volume du logement, le tarif, l'emplacement.

Chaises de cuisine inconfortables, isolation phonique et thermique à revoir au niveau des fenêtres, nettoyage des fenêtres cuisine et salle de bain nécessaire, la salle de bain (douche, finitions), sacs poubelles stockés dans les escaliers, machine à laver de l'espace commun très bruyante, au niveau de l'emplacement du logement la vue sur l'urinoir et les poubelles de la rue c'est moyen...

Super miejscówka blisko centrum. Przy budynku piekarnia z super wypiekami. Blisko do dworca kolejowego gdzie można szybko dostać się do Lille.

Zalecam co napewno każdy potwierdzi wymiana zamka do drzwi głównych. Bardzo ciężko się otwiera mocno wysłużony.

Le plats du four étais salle une petit odeur de cigarette étant enceinte de 8 mois mes après avoir bien aéré et contacter pour le chauffage tout ses bien passer
