Appartement à conseiller à un ami

La déco, l'équipement de l'appartement sont parfaits. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Et notre hôte s'est bien préoccupé de savoir si nous n'avions pas de soucis.

La montée d'escalier pour aller à la chambre est un peu raide mais on s'habitue.

Ruelle tres exigue et ne me semblant pas très securitaire (voisin fumant du cannabis au fond de la cour) Clés dans boîte à clé non verrouillee et non verrouillable... messagerie directement si appel pour demandé d'aide, pas d'accueil physique, message automatique... Pas de connexion wifi ni accès au code, donc télévision non disponible ni la connexion pour travailler sur PC Escalier tres étroit pour monter avec une valise et pas très secure.

Une mauvaise expérience ☹️

Logement reculé de la rue.

De nombreux soucis : Difficile de stationner autour du logement. Logement sale. Fuite dans la cuisine en prenant une douche Canapé cassé. Impossible de dormir en RDC suite au bruit de la chaudière. Logement non adapté à une famille de 4 personnes et notamment avec des enfants en bas âge (escalier dangereux).

(a) la batterie de cuisine (casseroles, poêles ...) est à changer car en piteux état (b) la vaisselle insuffisante (couverts, verres, plats etc) doit être complétée Le propriétaire averti a promis de remédier à ces points a + b (c) L'escalier pour accéder à la chambre et à la salle de bain est très raide (marches très hautes) ; impossible d'y remédier, mais mieux vaut le savoir avant de louer

Un établissement très bien situé, qui m’a permis de commencer ma nouvelle vie sur Valenciennes dans les meilleures conditions. Proche de la gare (3 min grand max) et proche de tout commerce, ce qui facilite grandement l’intégration à la ville.

Wunderschön und super Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Sie ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein kleiner Bäcker für ein perfektes französisches Frühstück. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.
