Het appartement ligt gunstig ten opzichte van de snelweg en het centrum van de stad. Prima parkeergelegenheid. Makkelijk te vinden.
Er zijn erg weinig ramen in het appartement en ook de douche kan niet goed geventileerd worden. Hierdoor ruikt deze erg muf. Er stond een goedkope luchtverfrisser om dit te verbloemen. Maar dat maakte het er niet beter op. Ik heb dit gecommuniceerd met de eigenaar maar daar werd totaal niet op gereageerd.
