A perfect location but the stay could have been better

The location: we were right in the centre of the town. Which for a town given two lines in the tourism briefs was wonderful! The decor and fittings were modern and nice: the little square outside, of which we had no view was pleasant.

No information on getting in to the property until we were on the doorstep. I find that aggravating. She had prepared the email but not sent it. And anyway, we left home at 0430 hrs and could not receive emails en route. I do not do Apps. Then four flights of stairs to confront. Carrying heavy bags: I am 79 and my wife 77: the apartment should have had a health warning! Then to find that the Venetian Blinds in the bedroom: only room other than the loo, would not open. And they were covered with black mould. Not nice.

Experience trés décevante et insécurisante, rapport qualité prix totalement injustifié

Ce studio se trouve dans une bâtisse qui a été rénovée il y a plusieurs années. ce ne sont que des appartements RBNB. Moquette des communs très sale, escaliers difficiles d'accès , n'y allez pas si vous avez des difficultés à marcher. 1er jour, poignée de porte défectueuse, changement de chambre . Second jour j'ai dormi dans une chambre avec une fenêtre endommagée , ouverte toute la nuit mais cachée derrière un store lorsque je suis arrivée à 21H. Celle ci est en rez de chaussée, elle donne sur la rue. J'ai du appeler à nouveau la concierge ( qui se trouve à 30 mn ), à priori elle ne savait pas que la fenêtre était ouverte ( impossible d'y croire ). Ce bâtiment accueille une love room en sous sol. J'ai séjourné durant 3 nuits dans cet immeuble pensant passer 3 nuits corrects après mes journées de travail . Malheureusement l'expérience m'a démontré le contraire. L'atmosphère du lieu ressemblait davantage à celle d'un établissement de rencontres éphémères. J'ai eu plusieurs échanges avec la concierge, une dame très agréable quia a tenté de me donner satisfaction mais qui ne peut finalement rien faire. Il m' été proposé un dédommagement de 40 euros que j'attends toujours 1 semaine après. Les propriétaires sont bien loin géographiquement et moralement de cela.

Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier propre, calme sécurisé et proche de commodités.

La connexion internet par le wifi est très mauvaise. Je n’ai pas pu l’utiliser j’étais obligé de faire un partage de connexion depuis mon téléphone pour travailler sur mon ordinateur.

Super séjour

Séjour très agréable. Nous sommes ravies. Appartement très propre, confortable, avec équipements (micro onde, frigo, four, plaques, cafetière, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, tv.. . Très bien situé. Propriétaires à l'écoute.

Bon matelas mais un peu mou pour moi mais ça dépend des goûts de chacun mais pour 4 jours ça va. Escaliers assez raides un peu compliqué avec les valises surtout pour le 2eme étage.
