Codes were given but didn't work. We were unable to access the property. After an hour of waiting we decided to drive another 130km to another property. They refused to refund me and charged me a cancellation fee. It was NOT my choice not to say.

Very luxorious stay

A very clean and beautiful appartment with all the facilities you’ll need. The cinema experience is great! You can watch everything you want from netflix to disney+ to regular tv. The jacuzzi is perfect en suits two people. Everything is nicely organised and the host is very helpful. The airco works like a charm.

The appartment is a bit noisy so you will hear the upstairs neighbours playong music and walking around.

Excellent séjour proximité gymnase Hainaut

Apparement à proximité immédiate du Gymnase Hainaut où a eut lieu le championnat de boxe ce week-end. On a adoré l’espace spacieuse, la tranquillité de l’immeuble et surtout l’accès en autonomie.le home cinéma fonctionne très bien, tout le nécessaire , la propreté et les ustensiles pour un excellent séjour

Le système de ma caution peut surprendre mais finalement on a été crédité tout de suite après notre Check out

Déception

Le lit était confortable - pour le reste pas grand chose

Malgré mes échanges avec le service du loueur, impossible d'utiliser la balnéo qui fait dijoncter le compteur et elle fuit, cela coule sur le sol de la pièce. Au final peut être pas un mal car en terme d'hygiène plutôt pas top, joints de la baignoire balneo noirs, coussins de tête moisis. On m'a répondu que cela disjonctait car surement de l'eau sur le panneau de commande (qui est sur le rebord de la baignoire à côté du robinet) pas très sécurisant, ces éléments sont censés être étanches.... Les dames de ménages croisées le lendemain m'ont confirmé que la fuite était déjà présente lors de leurs précédents passages... J'ai été indemnisé de 13 € par booking pour ne pas avoir pu profiter pleinement du premier intérêt de cet appartement...

De beamer van uit bed was een erg leuk idee

Alles werkte voor de helft, airco’s maakte veel lawaai, de beamer maakte erg veel lawaai, de lichten deden het niet en alles viel nog net niet uit elkaar… en de codes met de entree waren erg onduidelijk en kreeg iemand aan de lijn die absoluut geen Engels sprak

Un fiasco total !

La ville, le video projecteur.

Alors par où commencer... Le toit arrière plein de mégots de cigarette et pas que. L'antenne de la TV ne fonctionne pas. Le thermostat du jaccuzi était cassé et bloqué sur eau bouillante. Quand j'appelle, on me dit qu'effectivement ils sont au courant, mais sa collègue a "oublié" de nous prévenir... Sachant qu'on prend la chambre surtout pour ça. La solution proposée ? "Ouvrez la fenêtre et laissez refroidir monsieur..." De plus, il y a des traces de maquillage dans le fond du jaccuzi et quand on essaye d'allumer les LED, il y a un faux contact et tout le jaccuzi s'arrête. Il manque également le capot de la télécommande netflix. Aucune compensation ni remboursement proposé. Et le summum. 0h30, plus d'électricité dans le bâtiment donc fin de soirée... Notre premier week end en amoureux a été un désastre ! Et pour la caution. Pas d'état des lieux entrant et pas d'inventaire, en gros, ils peuvent mettre ce qu'ils veulent en caution, rien ne couvre le client. Je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout !

Facile d’accès, propre, fonctionnel. Le cadeau d’arrivée des techniciennes de surface, leur sympathie. La facilité à joindre l’équipe. La possibilité en payant de rester un peu plus longtemps. Le four c’est hyper pratique, la tv dans la cuisine, le bain à bulles hyper détente, le lit confortable avec rétroprojecteur sur grand écran qui s’abaisse avec une télécommande.

Le bruit du rétroprojecteur, qu’il n’y ait pas la tv normale sur le rétroprojecteur. La faible capacité du boiler. Quand on prend un bain, il n’y a plus d’eau chaude après.

A sans doute été un superbe appartement mais... appartement défraîchi... et mal entretenu.. lire plus bas

Appartement dégueulasse à l'arrivée, miettes de cacahuetes dans le lit, cheveux partout, emballage de gâteau souillé sur le sol, coton demaq'up collés au fond de la poubelle de salle de bain, four hors d'usage tellement crasseux, équipements manquants ou arrachés des murs... bref nous ne sommes pas resté... et un enfer pour se faire rembourser... Aucun traitement de reclamation, ils ne vous rappellent pas... A fuir... J'envisage des poursuites pour récupérer mon argent !!
