Great location, excellent value for money, well-designed duplex with pleasant décor.

We received clear explanations and the key handover went smoothly. Our host Vincent was very helpful and we had no unpleasant surprises: everything was as described, clean and perfectly managed.

A point to note for people who have difficulty getting around: access to the duplex can be complicated (narrow staircase), but for everyone else, there is no problem.

We enjoyed our weekend stay, as stairs were manageable for us & luckily found free parking close by.

The appartment is really spacious and nice and well equipped (once you get up there - see next point) with many nice references to Hollywood. Two bedrooms with really comfortable beds. Location is close to the railway station and city centre, so a bit noisy neighbourhood, but with windows that absorb the outside sounds really good.

The stairs to get up to the appartment are quite narrow and steep, so not ideal with heavy baggage or for someone with disabilities. Parking close by is hard to find and costs on weekdays, public park garage is 5 min walk away.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können „Voyage en Duplex en Hyper Centre“ jederzeit bestens weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Auch die Küche lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Konversation mit dem Besitzer Vincent war auch problemlos und nett.

Heel ruim, fijne aparte slaapkamers met goeie bedden. Hond mocht mee. Groot en veel voorzieningen

La déco est incroyable. Propreté irréprochable. Draps et literie très confortables. Dosettes de café et sachets de thé fournis. Vincent très sympa et réactif. Logement qui convient pour un long séjour et de 4 à 6 personnes.

Table de la cuisine est cassée ( apparemment depuis plusieurs semaines d'après les commentaires ) et on passe le repas à prier que tout ne s'effondre pas ! Un seul manche ( amovible ) pour les casseroles/poêles. Il manquait une serviette de toilette ( nous étions 5 ). Des détails faciles à rectifier pour atteindre le 11 sur 10 ;)
