Vero good value for money

Very large ground floor apartment with access to the garden was pleasant and modern with well equipped kitchen a rather large bathroom.

Few small disadvantages - the floor was dirty, so that when walking barefoot, our feet became black.The rest was clean. It would be great if there were a real table with 2 real chairs instead of a small high table and 2 small and hard bar seats. The shower could be also bigger, I am tall and could barely bend there.

Pretty Good

Very clean, excellent shower pressure and comfy bed. Kitchenette had all you need. Had small issue with the heat but the host sorted out problem quickly - great service.

The apartment is temperature dependant. Ground floor and can’t open windows. So, is a bit warm and stuffy. Definitely needs fan.

Nice location, Carrefour is in walking distance (about 2-3 min), Valenciennes Railway station is in 15 min walking (but you can use the tram - its stop is near also). Cozy apartment, with all the necessary equipment for even long stay. Friendly host, all the instructions for entering the apartment were clear and were got in time. Really comfortable stay, highly recommend.

J'ai occupé l'appartement du deuxième étage les escaliers très raides et étroits, ça peut être compliqué si on est chargé si on attache son cœur et on monte c'est le confort après l'effort

Emplacement, taille appartement, décoration sympathique, petite table pour manger, café et cafetière, bouilloire et grille pain

Table de nuit au dessus des coussins donc gros problème, on a été obligé de décaler le lit du mur, manque une tasse et un bol, rajouter banc ou chaise dans salle de bain pour poser ses vêtements ainsi qu'une petite etagere pour poser la trousse de toilette, etagere de la cuisine qui manque de tomber

Le décoration est vraiment jolie, la propreté et l’espace de l’appartement sont agréable, à l’arrivée dans l’appartement les serviettes sont disposés dans sur le lit

Lieu très accessible. Décoration soignée. Accès à Netflix. salle de bain ++

Le lit placé près d'un trou avec le mur, pièce de vie trop exiguë. Pas de volets donc lumière très tôt le matin. Fenêtre impossible à ouvrir (ou difficile à ouvrir car malgré des tutos nous n'y sommes pas arrivés).

Appartement très propre, entièrement refait à Très bonne isolation. Très calme.Un beau petit cocon. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous étions à proximité du marché,de bons Dommage que l'un d'entre eux était fermé !!

Un très gros inconvénient à savoir si on vous attribue l'appartement 4 que nous avions,la montée du 2ème escalier est redoutable . Pas de rampe des marchés hautes et étroites....ayant une prothèse à chaque genou j'ai cru que je n'y arriverai pas. Surtout pour monter les bagages !!
