Nach meinem Empfinden ist das Angebot Betrug.

Die Lage (nur 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt), war ein Trost. Aber: es gab ein schmutziges Pad-Gerät, jedoch keinen Kaffee, keinen Tee. Es gab nicht das ausgewiesene Ankleidezimmer. Die Ferienwohnung wurde hier nur vorgetäuscht. Es gab auch keinen Kleiderschrank. Es gab auch keinen Backofen, sondern nur ein Ceranfeld, ebenso kein Sofa, kein Klappbett, sondern nur ein Doppelbett. Das Zimmer war nicht barrierefrei, wie ausgewiesen, da man eine Treppe hoch musste. Es gab keinen Check-Inn. Ein Lichtbildausweis wurde nicht angefragt, weil kein Ansprechpartner da war. Die Schlüsselbox ging nur sehr schwer auf. Es musste eine 300 € Kaution online hinterlegt werden, von der bei Buchung nichts erwähnt wurde. Aufgrund dieser komplett falschen Angaben habe ich storniert und warte heute noch auf mein Geld. Das Angebot ist nicht identisch mit dem, was man dann bekommt. Es widerspricht allen Hygienebestimmungen. Der Eigentümer sitzt in Schottland und hat nur Hilfskräfte, die nichts regeln können und telefonisch nicht erreichbar sind. Ich bin im Vorfeld 3 x an der Adresse vorbeigefahren, weil ich nicht glauben konnte, dass in diesem schäbigen Haus tatsächlich das Zimmer sein sollte.

Unerklärlich, wie der Anbieter zu guten Bewertungen kam. Die Unterkunft hat nichts mit dem grünen Online-Bild zu tun, mit fälschlich irreführend geworben wird. Das Haus selbst sieht aus, wie ein unbewohnter Abriss ohne Hinweis auf eine Herberge. Das Zimmer ist schmuddelig, hilflos, geschmacklos zusammengestoppelt. Die Dusche ist dreckig, verwahrlost, fällt unten im Sockelbereich auseinander. Aus der Duschtasse kommt ein massiv stinkender Jauchen/Fäkaliengeruch, da wohl der Geruchsstopper unter der Dusche zu flach ist u. die Gase aus der Kanalisation aufsteigen. Das Zimmer liegt direkt an einer lauten Hauptstraße. Der Bereich um das WC ist eine reine Gerümpel-Ansammlung. Die Nachbarwände sind so dünn, dass man den abends und nachts das Geschrei der Nachbarn, sowie deren Fernseher hört. Die Küchenzeile steht direkt neben dem Bett. Im Küchenschrank sind schmutzige Essensreste mit Haaren. Das Geschirr war klebrig, schmutzig. Kein Wasser- oder Kaffeekocher vorhanden. Mit dem Messer konnte man nicht mal eine Möhre zerteilen. Das Bett sah sehr eklig aus. Das braune Bettzeug war fleckig und wirkte ungewaschen. Bei 28 °C Außentemperatur gab es nur eine dicke Winterdecke. Den kostenfreien Stellplatz gab es nicht. Vor dem Haus waren alle Plätze besetzt. Ich habe 5 Tage bezahlt und innerhalb eines Tages gekündigt, da das Zimmer nicht nutzbar war. Der Vermieter hat das Zimmer sofort neu angeboten, obwohl ich es bezahlt hatte. Aufgrund des entsetzlichen Zustands hatte ich innerhalb eines Tages stornieren müssen. Die Eingangstür des Hauses hing voller Spinnweben, die einem im Gesicht kleben blieben. Das WC war nur durch eine Schiebetür von der Küchenzeile getrennt. Es gab kein separates Schlafzimmer, wie in der Werbung ausgewiesen. Es gab kein Sofa, sondern nur 3 Sessel. Ebenso auch keinen Schreibtisch und keinen „Holz- bzw. Parkettboden“. Es gab keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Das Zimmer ist das Gegenteil von allergiefreundlich. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine.
