Séjour mitigé

Proche de la gare, décoré avec goût, aménagement structuré, parties communes sécurisées, réactivité de l'hôte.

Je comprends mieux le rappel a la bonne conduite sur l'annonce. Cris et bagarre jusqu'à 2 heure du matin en pleine semaine, une police impuissante de son propre aveu. Ambiance anxiogène et sommeil perturbé. Dommage pour ce chouette studio.

Heel net appartement op prima lokatie.

De ligging en het gezellige appartement.

Het was juist in de hittegolf. De hitte konden we niet buiten houden. Het was er 40 graden binnen ondanks een ventilateur op voet. Zonnekant maar zou kunnen verbeterd worden met bredere zonwerende gordijnen. En eventueel vliegeramen om de muggen buiten te houden.

La porte d'entrée de l'appartement, sécurisée. la propreté, les dosettes , la madeleine, la clarté du logement, la possibilité de rangement; la salle de bain spacieuse, les WC indépendant de la salle de bain. Je n'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit d'autres locataires; il n-y en avait peut-être pas.

il manquerait éventuellement une bouilloire. Le bruit de la rue, mais je le savais en prenant cette adresse.

L'absence d'une bouilloire (plus pratique pour chauffer l'eau pour le thé que le micro-ondes ou la plaque ... avec laquelle j'avais quelques difficultés).

IL manquait peut-être juste une dosette de café en plus ou de tisane et un peu de shampooing mais c'était très bien et tout neuf.

Très bel appartement, très propre, cuisine frigo, tout se qu'il faut, télévision avec toutes les chaines et Netflix, communication facile avec le propriétaire.

Seul bémol, c'est pour ça que j'ai juste mit 8, le quartier est très bruyant, même en laissant un peu la tv toute la nuit, ça ne couvre pas.
