The location and facilities of the apartment.

The accommodation was nice but unfortunately very poorly cleaned, the kitchen was all greasy, unpolished, the table and kitchen unit were not even wiped, dirty and greasy dishes in the cabinets, some powder was spilled, the tops of the cabinets were all dripped. There were burnt crumbs in the oven and pans in the cabinets with completely dried-out surfaces. Black dust in the bathtub, the plugs did not stay in the wall which was dangerous with a small child. Curtains torn off, blinds not working. The apartment would be great if someone took care of it, otherwise the price does not match the quality of the stay.

Plumbing needed attention- one of the WCs was faulty and there were other loose fittings. We would have preferred 2 showers rather than 1 en-suite shower and the main bathroom being a bath with over bath shower hose- this wasn’t practical for our group. The communal entrance area is well overdue for refurbishment- the lighting was poor and the area dark and dingy. It is a poor experience when compared to the apartment, where the owners have clearly tried to offer a high standard- notwithstanding some of the plumbing repairs that were needed
