Penthouse in the best area of Alicante with a terrace and views of Santa Bárbara Castle. Located on the street parallel to Castaños Street, where all the main bars, pubs, and nightclubs are.
The terrace is 30 square meters and features a barbecue and an outdoor table to enjoy it.
The apartment is right in the heart of Alicante; in less than 10 minutes, you can walk to any part of the city.
The views from the terrace of Santa Bárbara Castle are unbeatable, and it’s an incredible spot to see the “palm tree of the Hogueras” while enjoying a barbecue.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, and a desk; the living room has a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, and a dining table.
The apartment has been recently renovated and includes all the amenities listed above.
The house has a self-check-in entrance, so you do not need to be present during check-in or check-out. However, I am always available by phone for any questions or issues.
