whole family having a good comments when we stay here

Good location: few minutes walk access to Metro Station RER line which could access to centre of Paris easily. Good facility: kitchen equipments meet the basic needs for food preparation. Good scenery: good sun light and view. Good host: having good communication with host. Bonus: easy to find restaurant at night and having play ground for kid nearby

There is no wash basin in the toilet, which is a little inconvenient.

Comfortabel, spacious and with parking.

The building and the nearby area is great, clean and it has a nice park with a playground. The surrounding buildings are similarly nice. Friendly atmosphere. The apartment was perfect for us with three teen boys, we loved having or coffee on the balcony while they chilled on the living room. Beds were comfortable and it’s spacious. It wasn’t easy to find anywhere to stay in Paris that offered parking space so this was greatly appreciated.

Not the host fault at all but the very closely positioned RER was not working till the end of August (or so we understood) so we had to find alternative ways to travel into central Paris. It would have been perfect otherwise.

Highly recommend, it’s better than in pictures.

It’s better in reality than in pictures! Really nice neighborhood, huge playground and green areas near the house. Good supermarket with huge variety of food, including prepared food, deserts and pastries. Also nice restraint and bakery. It’s not in the old city. But there is a direct train to the Eiffel Tower (2 euro one way). It’s a nice newly build neighborhood. They do have washer and dryer (!) that was really convenient! Highly recommend! The sofa bad has orthopedic mattress as well, it’s a good sofa bed, counts as a real bed, so 6 total adults can easily and comfortably sleep. They provide towels, shampoo&conditioner , soap, and espresso capsules. Dishes, glass, wine-opener - they do have all of this. It’s a safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was nice and easy through the messages here. Self check in and check out allowed you to do it anytime. We arrived really late, but had no issues.

Nothing really Bathtub can be wider, but it’s too much of an ask 😆

Πολύ καλή αλλά θα μπορούσε να ήταν άριστη.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα για 4 άτομα , καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στο RER. Η περιοχή διαθέτει 2 καταπληκτικούς φούρνους, supermarket απέναντι και εστιατόρια. Ήσυχη, ασφαλής και καθαρή περιοχή, προφανώς τα κτίρια είναι προσφάτως οικοδομημένα.

Το διαμέρισμα ομολογώ ότι δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικά ζεστό. Η θέρμανση ήταν μονίμως στους 19 βαθμούς χωρίς δυνατότητα να την αυξήσουμε.

La mejor estancia en Paris

Todo! El apartamento estaba super limpio. Las camas muy cómodas e inclusive el sofá cama. La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario en su menaje. El estacionamiento excelente, el auto quedo alli mientras nos fuimos a recorrer París. Muy cerca esta la estación de tren, un supermercado ,paradas de autobuses, panaderías, y pequeños restaurantes. La comunicacion con el dueño fue excelente.
