A terrible experience.

Please don’t waste your money and valuable vacation time on booking this unreliable accommodation. The decor of the property disguises the cheap and insecure infrastructure the place is built with. Whilst we stayed here in Paris, it rained and the ceilings throughout this property leaked causing the floors to flood, we were using buckets and vases to collect puddles of brown liquid from the ceiling. We found mould and brown residue in the walls in the laundry room and more water leaking into the bedroom and bathroom.
When we contacted the property owner, they were little to no help, sent a cleaner to clean the initial mess but as the rain continued the flooding continued. We asked for a refund and cancellation of our stay as we wanted to find alternative accommodation, the property owner defined us any sort of compensation arguing with us over text and phone in English, saying no refund is due “for such a small issue”. We contacted Booking.com who were equally unhelpful and said they cannot offer a refund unless the property owner permits which is honestly quite ludicrous considering we were not provided with a safe habitation and the flooding violated booking.com’s own healthy and safety policy. Booking.com tried to contact the property owner who then lied to them saying he cannot speak English, after having a full conversation with us in English.
Terrible stay, terrible service, terrible people. It is clear the property owner does not want to invest in properly repairing the property but results to putting towels in the ceiling and hoping it doesn’t rain during people’s stay.

As camas não eram das melhores no quesito conforto. Penso que não tem condições de alojar 5 pessoas, pois pro banho dependendo se duas tomarem as outras já terão agua fria. Num pais produtor de vinhos nem taças pros hóspedes tinha. Ficamos em 3 pessoas e tivemos que solicitar toalhas de rostos a mais, pois só tinha uma e demos sorte de encontrar a funcionária no local que prontamente nos atendeu. Penso que se tivéssemos usado fogão, microondas e os aquecedores do apartamento, ficaríamos sem energia assim como aconteceu com vizinhos do outro apartamento. Encontramos ralo do box entupido e tive que limpar, pois estava cheio de cabelos.
No box não tem local pra colar shampoo nem sabonete, assim como no banheiro não tem ganchos pra pendurar toalhas.
O apartamento merecia um melhor limpeza de entrada dos hóspedes e como ficamos 10 dias tivemos que pedir aspirador e utensílios pra poder ser feita uma limpeza basica. Penso que se o proprietário escutar as críticas de forma construtiva e tirar proveito delas pra melhorias ele terá um lugar agradável pra receber seus clientes.

Divertimo-nos, tivemos uma estadia boa, mas poderia ser melhor se fixarem o que acima referi.
Sentimos um pouco quente e bafado dentro do alojamento pela fala de um Arcondicionado ou ventilador sendo que era verão, tivemos que as vezes manter a porta principal aberta durante o dia, por outra têm de fixar a calha da janela do segundo quarto trnasmitindo a luz do dia dentro dele enquanto queriamos descançar.
