The downstairs for all my daughters and the game room for them.
The stairs inside not having a gate or anything , just made it a little hard keeping our toddler contained without her trying to constantly climb the stairs.

We loved all the space available. We used the game room, the hot tub, the patio and grill, the fire pits, and enjoyed the living space. It was perfect for our blended family vacation. The kids didn’t want to leave and neither did we. The amazing view every morning with our coffee coupled with a hot tub night cap every night was exactly what we needed. on our family vacation of adventure! The hosts were very friendly and responsive as well. We will be back!
The door was a little hard to open but once you figure it out it opens every time.

Loved walking out the front door and seeing Pikes Peak. The house was cozy, quiet and peaceful. Loved the retro decor.

Proximity to Garden of the Gods is fantastic, great view of the Rockies right out the front. Spotlessly clean, nice facilities, everything worked well. Host/manager is incredibly responsive and accommodating, does a great job communicating and making sure things are ok.
Not the property's fault, but Google Maps wants to direct you through a road that's not a road and hard to traverse in the rain. You should approach by driving up Jackson, not cutting through the apartment complex across the road.
