The location, 1117 W. Kiowa St., 80904, is a quiet residential neighborhood.
This newer home is air conditioned with four bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens), 3.5 baths. The home is professionally decorated in a comfortable country style. We needed a place for several adults and one toddler. It was perfect. The host was great to stay in touch with us and keep us informed and asked if we needed anything. Convenient location was perfect for doing things in Colorado Springs.

This place but definitely not new anymore. The AC wasn’t working the first night but after that it seemed to get going yet. The bbq didn’t work even after we got a new propane tank. The back deck is almost falling off the house. And it wasn’t super clean.
