About this house rental
This beautiful home is a comfortable and relaxing retreat, and a perfect home base to begin your Colorado adventure. The entire house has been professionally remodeled with high-end finishes throughout. The Kitchen is the focal point of the remodel, with over 40k invested. GE Profile appliances with a 5 piece gas burner stove. Also included, is a wine cooler and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has custom cabinets, soft close drawers and beautiful granite counter tops, that continue to the sit down bar. This house was meant for dinner parties and entertainment with friends and family.
Moving on to the bedrooms, There is a large master suite downstairs, with an on suite bathroom. This bedroom includes 1 queen ans 2 single beds.There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen and a single bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room flows into the kitchen, and has a high-efficiency wood burning fire place, which is perfect anytime of year. A Bose stereo fills the room with great sound as well. The downstairs living room features a 65 inch HD TV with HD channel subscription and high-speed internet. The downstairs living room also has a piano, pool table, and exercise equipment.
And finally, the outdoors. The view outside the house is amazing year round. The outdoor entertainment area is large, and is fully furnished. There is a large gas grill and plenty of seating for parties of all sizes. The porch is covered and makes for a great place to relax, and is never too hot in the summer, and surprising warm the rest of the year. The home is situated in a great centrally located, high-end part of Colorado Springs. 5 Minutes to downtown and to the Garden of the gods. Kissing Camels Country Club is right down the street. Great biking trails, that can take you almost anywhere in town within a few minutes. The interstate is only a couple minutes away, but completely out of ear shot. This property has a secluded 1 acre lot with a large open valley as a backyard. Lots of wildlife and beautiful views abound. The view of the front range and Pikes Peak are among the best in town. A great mix of convenience and everything that makes Colorado so beautiful.
