About this house rental

Enjoy our centrally-located space within a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees for shade and privacy. Built in 1903, this space features an updated kitchen, updated shower/tub and newly refinished hardwood flooring, new paint throughout, and new turf in the backyard. Drive 10 minutes downtown to explore craft breweries, local coffee shops, parks, museums, boutiques, and fine or casual dining. Or stay inside, kick back, relax, and enjoy the modern miracle that is WiFi.

This lot is zoned multi-family, yet the property is surrounded by townhomes, one apartment complex, and single-family homes across the street. Within walking distance, the Safeway shopping center features:

-Metric Brewing: Serving an ever-revolving selection of craft beers on tap, this local brewery hosts a different food truck every night! Visit on Tuesdays for Trivia Night!
-Papa Murphy's: Pro-tip: $10 Tuesdays will get you a Large Take-N-Bake pizza.
-Laundry Time: Both a dry cleaners and a laundromat, this is your best option for clean laundry. While technically within walking distance, you likely wouldn't want to carry a bag of dirty laundry that far, much less air it about.
