Summery: 1) The entrance to the Car Port defiantly needs widening with particular attention being made to the removal of the 1st Brick built column being replaced in a new position giving the roof support column a wider entrance. The purpose for this would greatly assist the reverse or drive up the drive, without having to navigate cautiously in between the columns where there is currently only inch's to spare on both sides therefore not giving any leeway for any error for the less inexperienced driver in a SUV Type Vehicle like the Mitsubishi which we hired, whereas extra caution was needed to navigate up to the carport entrance but not through the columns Thus not giving us the protection / use of the otherwise fully covered Carport. 2) The property requires a professional Deep Clean 3) The Hob / Oven requires updating 4) Maintenance / Security issues requires addressing i.e. sliding windows / doors catches & locks. Roof-light flapping noisily

It was so cold and the heaters were not enough to take the chill out of the house

The hot water wasn't very hot. Winter is cold and a hot shower after work is a must.
