Good location
Dishwasher was full of dishes upon check in, so we had to empty and put away, stayed for 10 days and if we wanted clean towels or sheets we had to pay extra. We requested a high chair that cost us $50, when it arrived it was a Kmart high chair, still in the box unassembled, so we had to pay $50 for a $29 high chair and had to assemble it ourselves. You need to pay extra to access the sauna and other dayspa like features.

To collect the keys, we just went to the concierge desk in the lobby, after a quick call with the property manager (I assume) they let us in to the property early.
The building, the room, and the facilities far exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect.
