About this house rental
Budget your stay at this old Victorian home partly renovated, and beautifully furnished with aircon in every room for your comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, flat-screen TV. Parking also included. 30 mins by public transport or 15 mins drive to CBD. Close to Highpoint Shopping and Footscray market, cafes and restaurants. Great for family and group booking. • Enough secure parking for one car and plenty of off street parking available
• The spacious lounge is extremely comfortable .
• Value for your money
• Lots of beds to suit big group, with comfortable pillows mattresses and built in robes.
• located on the main street with bus outside, 5 mins walk to train station and 1min walking distance to Sims Super Market(open 7am-10pm.) restaurants and cafe.
• 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils
• Washing detergent is available for use with tumble dryer combined
• Outdoor fire pit and gazebo and gas BBQ available
• Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay

- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

As usual communication was fabulous the house is in a great location and great for large family’s

Dee’s place is great value with a ton of beds and all the things you’ll need for a simple but comfy stay.
We had a minor issue with the kitchen not being fully clean when we arrived, but it was resolved quickly and Dee has been a great communicator.
