Captains Retreat Apartments and Cottages

The location was great right near the water's edge and walkway. So close to cafes and restaurants. The house is beautiful and felt like home.

There was a little noise earlier in the night nothing late.

Staff Excellent & helpful & informative. Room was Beautuful heater great bed very comfortable bathroom Spa Fantastic & Shower etc hot water amazing entry system great.along with parking facilities.

Nothing really it was very Beautiful & location Brilliant.only one little my Pin no.wouldnt work for netflix so couldnt watch a movie etc.but really thats a minor.

The furnishings and staff of this quirky establishment were second to none. Absolutely stunning and so friendly.

I only got about 3 hours sleep! The windows need curtains over them! Outside my windows in the Nelson Suite was a light for the pub next door. Also the noise from the staff and patrons of the pub was so loud. I'm aware this is out of Captain's Retreat hands. Also out if their hands was the hoons who decided it was drag night in Williamstown! This is a really beautiful, quirky house who unfortunately has outside interference. Please put some curtains on the windows. I expected better for the amount of money they charge.
