About this house rental
Lemon Squeezy home that’s because we have a beautiful 100 years old lemon tree in our front yard that gives us beautiful lemons all year round. Don’t forget to make homemade lemonade and ice lemon tea when you’re staying here! Great for large group.
Home key features includes:
• The spacious lounge is extremely comfortable .
• Value for your money
• Lots of beds to suit big group, with comfortable pillows mattresses and built in robes.
• located on the main street with bus outside, 5 mins walk to train station and 1min walking distance to Sims Super Market(open 7am-10pm.) restaurants and cafe.
• bathrooms with bathtub, shower and toilet.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils
• Washing detergent is available for use with tumble dryer combined
• Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay
(No charge for infant and kids under 2 years old)
Plus this home is so to many great cafes, restaurants and speciality stores.
And only a minute walk to Western Bulldog Oval, TAB, And 3mins drive to Footscray market, Victoria University, Flemington Racecourse and Highpoint Shopping Centre, 10mins drive to Melb CBD and 25-30mins drive from Melb Airport.

Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

Great location, spacious and clean. We had some minor issues but they were quickly dealt with by the property manager in a very friendly manner.

Parking is available off site but is difficult access at the intersection. It's a bit run down except for the bathrooms. Ok if you want to sleep a number of people.
