Location was perfect - close to all you would need in Richmond. Two tram lines on the door step too. Excellent facilities (gym, pool, lounge, etc).
The sofa was very uncomfortable. The hallway outside the apartment was never cleaned.

Location was perfect. Everything you need within each reach, including shops, restaurants/cafes and public transport.
No privacy in the kitchen/living area with window looking straight into other apartments and no block out blinds/curtains.

Location and tidiness
Waiting 35 mins for to check in. the key box didn't open. Same happened last time

The location for us was excellent for our requirements.
The property was a bit dark. Although there were blinds in the living area they were not very opaque and people could see in at night if the lights were on. More towels would have been helpful and a lamp in the lounge would be good.
