Great mix of residents and travelers, super clean, convenient and great facilities. National grocery chain and food retailers attached to the building. Dog friendly for residents, nice to see doggo's heading out for walks.
Not clear on there being siloed areas. I swiped in on one side of the building but got stuck not being able to access my area. I had to go back out to the street and walk half a block around to "my side"

Location was excellent. Proximity to transport, restaurants, supermarket etc was excellent. The apartment was well appointed, wonderful views, natural light and efficient heating. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment, and a very comfortable bed. Staff were easy to contact when neccessary, prompt in their response and support.
No tea towels - we ended up buying some and leaving them there. Otherwise, no negatives!

Great location and extremely clean.
Key collection was an issue. Key safe does not open correctly and needed to spend an hour on the phone with the customer service team to gain access.
