In a perfect location. Very close to everything. Shopping center (coffee, Coles, cafes etc.) in 2 mins walk. Trams are 3 mins walk. Parking was convenient without any issue. Perfect location to explore Melbourne. Apartment was clean and well presented. Host helped with all the information required. I stayed with my family including kids. Highly recommend to anyone exploring Melbourne.

It was in a good location, and supplied everything you would expect
Waaay too much junk around the place, the throws on the bed were old and bally, lots of tacky display items making it feel cluttered and like I was staying in someone else's place. Get rid of 3/4 of the display items and clean/dust the ones you have so it can feel clean, then your guests will have room for their own items. I was forever moving stuff out of the way. The beds were cheap, poor quality and felt very hard too.
