Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum. Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Bett war ziemlich bequem. Die Wohnung war sauber. Badezimmer und Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Gepäck kann kostenlos in einem nahegelegenen Gebäude aufbewahrt werden.

Der Wasserkocher ist unbenutzbar – er müsste längst entkalkt werden! Die Fensterläden sind sehr alt und sehen unansehnlich aus. Der WC-Sitz sollte befestigt werden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig – nachts ist ständig Lärm von den Nachbarn im Treppenhaus zu hören, und man hört deutlich das Klingeln an der Haustür von der Straße. Ab früh am Morgen hört man den Verkehr. Schlafen ist nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich! Es ist zwar möglich, das Gepäck kostenlos zu hinterlassen, aber man sollte beachten, dass der Aufbewahrungsschrank sich auf dem Dachboden eines dreistöckigen Hauses befindet, erreichbar über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe!

Location was perfect 30 second walk you where on the main square. 20 mins from the door was the citadel. Train station 10 min walk. Place was clean and tidy, had everything I could ask for. There is a view, but I wasn't there to sit in the apartment the whole time.

The apartment is clean, spacious and in an excellent location close to everything. Check-in and check-out are easy and communication with the owner is also easy. In short, if I return to Carcassonne again, I will come back here.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but other than that everything was excellent.

Very good contact with the owner, which is always reassuring and appreciated. Great location - near the centre as well as the train station. Easy access. Clean, quiet, had everything I needed. When there was a problem with the TV ariel, the owner came as soon as he could to fix it, which was much appreciated. And checked afterwards, that it was working ok. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, on another visit.
