La ubicación, amplitud, la equipación y comodidad
No tiene aire acondicionado y en el mes de agosto es muy necesario. Además, el apartamento es un bajo sin rejas así que no se puede abrir ventanas con tranquilidad

Perfecto! Amplio, cómodo y se estaba súper calentito!!! La calefacción funciona de primera además de que tuvieron el súper detalle de que al llegar ya estaba encendida, el apartamento es súper amplio y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Nos hemos encontrado como en casa. Otro punto a favor es que al tratarse de un edificio antiguo tiene un pequeño zaguán donde puedes dejar los zapatos mojados de la calle, haciendo que la casa se mantenga limpia.
Todo bien, no hay nada a mejorar! Pero cuidado si vas con un coche grande, al estar tan bien situado dentro de la zona antigua las calles son estrechas y si los coches que están aparcados también son grandes debes subirte a la cera para poder pasar, es el precio a pagar por la buena situación.
