Apartamento amplio, bien ubicado y con muy buen precio

L' emplacement est bien situé
Beaucoup de bruit, rez de chaussée, directement sur la rue, pas de double vitrage, le canapé lit pas confortable, le parking est payant, faut prévoir l' application paybyphone, afin d' éviter de vous déplacer pour continuer à stationner pour 1€/h. Sinon 25€ au-delà de 2h. Je pense qu un petit arrangement et un investissement pour le double vitrage serait bien
