La cité, proche du centre.ville.
La clim est sous dimensionnée par rapport au volume. Le canapé est à changer ainsi que la literie, le balcon n'est pas attirant, poussiéreux et triste, la petite table et les chaises très abîmées, bain impossible la baignoire n'a pas de bonde, 3 ème étage sans ascenseur non précisé. Petits détails utiles : manque un égouttoir et produit vaisselle et 2 petites serviettes de bain.

The apartment was located very well and had parking facilities which we appreciated very much. It was well stocked and cozy.
The sofa settee was not comfortable at all. When we arrived it was set up as a lounge, so we used it as such. The shower bracket on the wall was missing so the shower rose had to be held to shower. Not a biggie and we did manage, but someone else my not manage.

Appartement très bien placé, à proximité du centre ville de Carcassonne et de la Vieille ville. Possibilité de se garer en face du logement (payant en semaine). Logement bien équipé avec le nécessaire pour un court séjour.
Le quartier est un peu malfamé et bruyant (jeunes qui traines le soir devant le bâtiment, musique, cris). La douche est en mauvais état et le confort de la literie laisse à désirer.

Bon emplacement mais très bruyant,manque un double vitrage et pas du tout d’isolation par rapport aux voisins. Bruit jusqu’à 4H00 du matin par une voisine qui joue au jeu en ligne!!!
La literie pas du tout confortable et l’isolation bien sûr. Publicité mensongère car le parking est payant et non gratuit comme dit sur l’annonce.
