- This 2-story home requires 2 steps for entry. While there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor, additional steps are required to access the lower-level bedrooms
- Guests can tie up their boats to the private dock, but the lift is not available for guest use
- The large rec room with the pool table is heated
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is above the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the side facing the main entry, camera 3 is on the side door facing the back side of the home, camera 4 is facing the southern entry on the lower level, camera 5 is facing the cement driveway, cameras 6 and 7 are on the back of the home facing the patio and backyard, and camera 8 is facing the dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected

We had 14 of us staying in this property. It was very clean and very nice. The reason for our stay was to go ATVing on the local trails. There are an abundance of great trails, however, for those going for that purpose; the trails are great, just very dusty (it was super dry) and glorified gravel roads. The second day, we decided to stick back and enjoy the house and the lake. There were plenty of towels at the property and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a couple of minor things; but nothing to write home to mom about.
There was plenty of parking room for trucks and big trailers.
Overall, a great experience.

The house was perfect for our group, 7 adults and 11 kids. The kids really enjoyed all of the extra amenities like the water toys and rec room. We did have the neighbor stop by to tell us the kids were being too loud but he was respectful about it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and extra linens.

Best experience our family could've hoped for!! Definitely a 5-star rating. This home is SO well-furnished, we left a lot of what we brought packed. The indoor/outdoor games were great. Our grandkids and their friends (all in their early 20's) had a ton fun. If you like like to kayak and fish, this is the place. We will book again!
