Goodview Haven is Winona’s newest and most flexible venue for small group retreats. Goodview Haven is a renovated retreat house in Goodview, just 3 miles from downtown Winona.
The home can be rented overnight or for daytime events. The Haven sleeps 15 in twin and double beds, and features a Great Room, large outdoor space and a complete technology setup for easy hookups and really high speed internet. Rent the house for your next business retreat or working getaway, or grab the girlfriends for a weekend spent scrap booking or quilting (be sure to check out our Amenities page for all the unique features of the home that cater to technology and crafting needs!). Our fully outfitted kitchen allows guests to make their own food or work with a caterer to feed a crowd.
For daytime gatherings, we can accommodate up to 60 guests in our versatile indoor gathering spaces and spacious outdoor patio on a 1-acre wooded lot.

Please contact us even if it looks like we are booked at the time you are interested in. We may be able to accommodate you!
For your security, you will be provided with a unique entry code. This works only during your rental period. Previous and future guests will not be able to enter during your rental.

From start to finish, our experience at Goodview Haven was a dream! Check-in was a breeze and the photos in the listing don't even begin to do the property justice, and I mean that in the best possible way! Exploring the house was akin to a treasure hunt - every room was a fun discovery, and the house was squeaky clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! We were a group of 5 high school friends in town for a class reunion and the backyard was a perfect spot for a fire in the evenings and coffee in the morning. It is very evident that the owners take a great deal of pride in this property - there are so many "little touches" throughout the property that made us feel so welcome. We are already planning a future trip for a "milestone" birthday and hope to return to Goodview Haven. Thank you for making our high school reunion even more fun!

What an awesome house! We spent 4 days at the property and couldn't be happier. We had a group of 10 women. There were beds for everyone and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready each day. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We were also amazed by the back yard. It was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Thank you for letting us spend some time at Goodview Haven!

College roommates gathered for a wonderful weekend! Perfect setting for a group of people to meet. Excellent gathering area and sleeping accommodations!

This house is outstanding.
We had eight people on our gathering and everyone was more than satisfied with our accommodations and location.
While all of the space was great we all found the wonderful backyard our daily gathering space.
Perfect for relaxation and conversation.
All of the furnishings worked very well for our group, plenty of space to gather or to be by yourself.
Kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay.
All in all a wonderful place for old friends to gather and catch up on each others lives.
The house is also very convenient to restaurants and stores.
We will be back.
Jodi is a very good host and easy to deal with .
