The house was beautifully redone and totally updated. It was very clean and everything was well stocked. I found I packed so many things that they had already thought of and included in the home.The lake was absolutely gorgeous and very quiet and relaxing. While we did encounter minor plumbing issues, the owners were very prompt and courteous in their responses to assist in a resolution to our satisfaction.Overall, a great experience and loved the area.

We had a great time at the cabin. It has a very nice layout that met our families needs, spacious yard, access to towns, lots of wildlife, and dock area. Our family would be interested in booking it again in the future!

Lake is not on the property.It is across the road, down a hillside with railroad for steps. 28 steps no railing.
no rowboat as depicted in picture and no sandy beach. We could swim and fish off dock. The pier was new but not real secure and no railings. two plastic like kayaks but no lifejackets. My parents in their 70's and we would not have rented if we had known about the steep hillside to get to the lake. Do not recommend for small children or seniors. Unrealistic amount of toilet paper and garbage bags. Bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags.
Host accused us of breaking the toilet the first night we were there. staff said the toilet was fine and wouldn't fix it. He finally sent a plumber over and never sent staff to deal with plumber. our vacation we had to deal with the plumber for several hours. We had only 1 toilet for our whole stay because the second toilet wasn't working and the plumber said it was an on going problem.
The yard and fire pit were very nice. Lots of chairs and deck furniture. There are deer walking in the yard. Unfortunately there is also an airport that shares a fence with the back yard. There is a tree line so you don't see the airport but you hear the planes. The flight pattern takes them over the house. The kitchen amenities were nice. There is not tv service provided. The host we called, David, was rude. Refused to unlock the third bathroom after offering. We paid a lot of money for lake property with boat.
