The hotel has become noticeably worse compared to last year. Towels are old and need replacement. Staff constantly drive electric carts around the property, and guests have to keep stepping aside. At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference.

The hotel was terrific overall:
- The food was excellent, and there was a great variety of options.
- The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained.
- Room cleaning was impeccable.
- The entertainment program was top-notch.
The only downside was the beach—it was not very convenient, and there weren’t enough spots.

One of my best experiences in my life, when you arrive this hotel you live in calmness nature, view of mountain, beside the sea with kind people in service of everything, for me was great and I give 10 of 10
